in-stock orders placed by 5:00 p.m. PST, M-F, will process and ship within two
business days and usually within one business day. Subject to credit approval.
If you would like tracking numbers for your order, please contact
us. Items might arrive in different boxes and on different days. Items can
be shipped by a variety of carriers and from different distribution centers.
If you wish to select a different shipping method than our free standard
ground, contact
us with your information including what items you want to purchase,
your address, and how fast you would like your order. Free shipping for all
educational toys within the continental United States. If you would like
educational toys shipped to Alaska or Hawaii please contact
us so arrangements
can be made.

Raising a Scholar does not ship to international destinations.
EDUCATOR
DISCOUNT PROGRAM
If
you are an educator, contact
us before placing your order for information regarding our Educator
Discount Program. Email us what you would like to order along with your
educator license number and
establishment
where you are employed. We'll let you know how much you can save as an
educator. Savings start at 10% and increase for bulk orders.
MINIMUM
ORDERS

are no minimum orders.
C.O.D.
ORDERS
We
do not accept C.O.D. orders.
SPECIAL
ORDERS
If
you don't see a specific product from a brand we carry, Contact
Us, with the items information (i.e. brand, item name, color, size etc.);
we can normally special order items at NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Special
Order items ship straight from the manufacturer, so there is NO EXTRA
WAIT!

PRICES,
SPECIFICATIONS AND POLICIES
Raising
a Scholar reserves the right to update prices, product specifications and
policies at any time without notice. Retail prices in all advertising
materials are Raising a Scholar's estimate of current market price for certain
products.
CANCELLATIONS
An
order can be cancelled until the product(s) has been shipped. Please note that
most orders leave the distribution center within 48 hours, however, many ship
the same day.

If you are contacting us after your order has already left our distribution
center we will not be able to stop it from arriving. If you would still like
to return the item(s) after receiving it, please refer to our Return Policy.
RETURNS
You
may return any new, unopened item sold by RaisingaScholar.com within 15 days
of delivery for a full refund, less shipping. We'll also pay the return
shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item, etc.).

note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive
at our Returns Center.
EXCHANGES
If
you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact
us within 15 days of delivery to request a replacement. If you would like
to exchange an item for a different one, please contact
us within 15 days of delivery for instructions
to return the original unopened item(s) (you will be refunded your original
purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item
you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original
item before placing the new order.
