American Retro's Pedal
Jalopy: This
is American Retro's newest model. It kind of favors a miniature Model A. As
with all American Retro's other products, this vehicle is made from heavy
gauge steel. Note: American Retro's entire Jalopy line has been retooled
before the 2003 season. In a word, they're bigger, American Retro made them
11% bigger, which may not sound like much, but when every measurement has been
increased 11% the entire vehicle becomes considerably larger, they're quite
impressive. American Retro kept the original cute look, it's as if they took a
ray gun and increased everything. But they didn't stop there, they fixed
things. They added steel nuts to hold on the wheels with chrome hubcaps. They
added a beautiful hood ornament. Pedals are adjustable and have been lowered
an inch, a seven year old can now easily ride it. They also improved their
boxes, making them easier to unload and repack. Note the real wood dash and
metal gauges.
